katrantzou summarized her collection by saying, "with this collection, i wanted to put the room on the woman, rather than the woman in the room."i thought that the chandelier necklaces and lamp shade skirts were too literal translation of a room/interior. but, her combination of three dimensional space on a two dimensional material is quiet ingenious.
