Miu Miu Resort 2012
"...where it looked seriously adult at Prada, it stayed resolutely playful at Miu Miu, thanks to the overload of sparkly accessories. The optimism of youth, the decadence of excess—unlikely reconciliations are also the Miuccia way"

Miu Miu Fall 2011
my first reaction to this collection was "yikes...what happen here...?"
and it still holds true for some of the looks. for example..... the most oddly proportioned, unflattering, boxy shaped coats...! if tall and skinny models look pretty sad wearing the clothes, best bet that the normal person will not look good in it. i mean if natasha poly looks bad in the prada coat (picture 5), it's going to be very hard for you to pull it off. having said that, some of the more reasonable shaped dresses were good. but yea not getting the fur around your belly. maybe miuccia prada is being considerate for your cold tummy during winter...
quiet an iffy collection but the dresses are good and the prints are quiet beautiful. what i did love, though, are the big clutches!
