if i may be critical and give a false impression of arrogance... i wasn't much inspired with any fall 2012 rtw shows.
in fact, i'm lackluster about the current resort 2013 collections. maybe i'm going through a phase... fashion puberty perhaps.

due to the said "phase" i have zero post on fall 2012 rtw. and with the oncoming of 2013 collections,
i wanted to have some sort of a closure to fashion-year 2012.

there were some awesomely detailed, beautifully cut, and impressively designed clothes.
more importantly, i do very much recognize and appreciate the sheer amount of skill, effort, time, and dedication a collection holds.
and so i have gathered some of my favorite pieces from fall 2012 rtw collections.

as you know by now, i'm a fan of gwyneth paltrow.
here, she impresses again with her sense of style!

Style: Carine Roitfeld & Daytime Wear

being a stylist for 20 plus years and having significantly inspired the gucci collection of the 90s, it's only obvious that carine roitfeld has great sense of style. i like her no-fuss, simple, and sleek style. of course i love seeing anna dello russo with her extravagance but i relate to roitfeld's realistic yet super chic style more. 

Style: Gwyneth Paltrow & The 68th Venice Film Festival

ahhh! one of my favorite actresses!
she's so so chic and wears the perfect dresses for events.
over the weekend, there was the 68th venice film festival in venice, italy. gwyneth was there to promote her latest film contagion. below are what the chic lady wore in venice.

wearing full length pale pink organza gown with matching clutch, bag, and heels all by prada. this dress is absolutely beautiful. despite the brand's sometimes odd creations, gwyneth in that dress tells me prada still has it.
her eye-catching earrings is from bulgari's high jewelry collection.

after returning from her honeymoon, kate moss is right back into being the fashionable woman out and about in london. some of her night time outfits a la chic dress and smart blazer.

i always liked clutches. for me, they have a whole new chic, cool, elegant, and power element that shoulder bags or totes don't possess.  if a picture is worth a thousand words then i say a nice clutch is worth a thousand accessories to an outfit.

few years have passed since kate moss wore the infamous muddied up hunter boots to the glastonbury festival and everyone, everywhere instantly wanted to own a pair of the wellies. as always, the festival has opened for this year and glastonbury wouldn't be glastonbury without the fashionable moss strutting down the muddy road. needless to say she looks great. below are some of her past looks at the festival.
